Ticket not booked payment deducted

I had booked a ticket through irctc with my user id fatinsi from bhopal to mumbai on 23/9, my ticket was not booked although payment deducted through internet banking my email id is drakbarhasan@yahoo.co.in kindly do the needful thanks
