I made an e ticketon the name Ankur Shrivastava in train no.12186 from rewa to bhopal on 21 april morning by internet but it showed processing for near about one hour but the ticket was not sent to me.besides it 275 rupees were deduced from my UBI account & my transiction id was 4061320 . So I want my reservation confirm and also want message and confirmation detail on my mobile through message and on mailbox through e-mail.
