TDR File issue not rectified

Our Train Missed due to Road Jamming. Four passenger (PNR Number: 2202269223.Transaction ID: 0179819530. Date Of Journey: 10/2) not travelled From AYODHYA (AY) To DHANBAD JN (DHN) by Train No-3010 due to above mentioned reason. When TDR filled against e-ticket on IRCTC site. the reply cames from IRCTC that "1093-ER/5 As per records Party had travelled on the ticket. The case is repudiated."--and TDR rejected. Even through email i given the several times proof of journey by another train (after 4 Hr from train no.-3010) but still it is not cleared. almost 1 year has passed
