TDR Filled but no refund get

TDR File issue not rectified

On dated 29.04.2011 the Delhi - Bhubneshwar Rajdhani train No- 12444 was Late More than Seven hour, we (2 Passenger) not travelled due to this reason. Applied for TDR against PNR No.- 2418972743, but still not get the refund amount. Why such type of delay, where as railway have the information for Late departure instantly. TDR process time should be minimised.
