Tickey not booked due network breakup but payment deducet

I try to book my ticket from amritsar by my home internet connection.but due to network failur its not booked and i have not recived any message.but the cost of ticket Rs 83 is deducted from my debit card. I think that its not a huge amout but how much inconvinece i feel only i can understan.by happining these type mistakes it make bad impression to us and our country.so please update ur software that people can use it freely without any fear. And tell me that how i can get my refund.thanks.
