Efund on failed transaction

Money deducted but ticket not booked. Ibooked a tkt of Rs395/- from irctc site for train No2011 Kalka Shatabadi for my self from New Delhi to Ambala cantt.for the date 13/5/10 booked on 11/5/10.Money was deducted from my a/c but tkt not made. The tkt was booked again .kindly refund the money for failed transaction as I have made two payment against same tkt. Bank ref No IG21420090 for failed transaction.
