Money deducted but ticket not booked from irctc

I booked a ticket of Rs. 1632.0, from IRCTC site, from, train no.2213, BSB ANVR G RAT, for 4 passengers 3rd AC, from bhadohi (BOY) to anand vihar (ANVR), for the date 01/06/10, booked on 10/05/10, with transaction ID 0211072296.

Money has been deducted from my account of SBI but ticket has not been booked. Kindly refund my money amount Rs 1632.0 to my SBI account.
