Excess Money Charged

Dear Sir,

On 23rd May i was travelling from banglore city to mumbai in Udyan express and i had a very bad experience on the banglore railway station. The irctc employees who sell on movable trolleys were selling mineral water at Rs. 15/- per bottle instead of the printed price of Rs. 12/-...assuming they sell 1000 bottles a day these buggers would be making a whopping 1 lac rupees a month... there is no accountablity or check by the railway authorities..whom to be complained??
