Amount Deducted from bank account but ticket not booked due to problem known by Indian railway

Yesterday at around 10.30PM I booked Two Nos of Tickets from Tinsukia Jn to Guwahati and pay the amount through ATM Debit Card. The amount have been deducted from my Accounts whereas the Ticket ect not found in Booked History. Please refund my money immediately Rs.474/=- Name of the passenger N. Misra M/50 and shouvik Misra M/14 by Intercity Express
