Re: regarding my password

I would like to point out how irctc deals with customers. 2 days back suddenly i could not use my password. I don't know the reason . i am using the user id cpsinghvi but failed to get my password retrieved. No reason at all. i had phoned umpteen times, but all my efforts in vain. For past 2 days i am unable to use my password. And i suspect that irctc site is blocked by the corrupted agents thanks to corrupted officials who helped them. People cannot make reservation under tatkal system.i don't know how it closes within 5 minutes. This site is blocked by the agents and railway officials as well.
