Refund of air ticket booking not received

Dear Sir,

With great concern, this is complaint that I booked two air ticktes from IRCTC website on 21.06.2010 in Indigo airlines from Delhi to Bangalore. Due to soem reasons, I cancelled both air tickets on net day. I made several email corrsspondence from Indiago and IRCTC and till date I ahev not received the redfund. I have also sent them bank statement so that they can see that refund has not been made so far. Every time they reply that they have referred the mater to concerned dept and after so many days till 06.08. the refund has not been received. Details are mentioned below: Kindly help and take up the matter with IRCTC for action please. I shall be thankful
