Sir / madam,

i booked a ticket from bangalore to vishakapatnam with journey date 06-oct to prasanthi express train using my sbi debit card the amount is debited from my account but no ticket is booked. I got a thank you msg from sbi gate way for my transaction of Rs. 734 with RR no 024934884771 and transaction failed status as follows in IRCTC website. what does it mean is it required to book my ticket again or is this ticket is booked...? when can i get my refund money back
