NO REFUND OF CANCELLED E TICKET EVEN AFTER 9 DAYS

Dear sir,

i have cancelled my e ticket pnr no. 4421268238, on 14/9

but still refund of Rs. 5790 is not reflecting in my account.

irctc customer cares at new delhi are not picking up the phone

i have e mailed several times to care@irctc.co.in but they are not responding

please help me
