Efund of money for failed transaction

Dear sir,

i made an online transaction dated 25 september booking a ticket journey from kharagpur to mumbai (cstm).due to problem in irctc server my transaction failed and amt of Rs 513 was cut from my sbi accnt.my login id is mi3001 and i used my sbi atm cum debit card no 6220180996100020493 and my transaction id is 0256116359.

Sir ill be obliged to u if u refund my money.
