PNR no 2530515867 booked on 04/01.Transaction ID 0172839493 class - 3A DoJ - 07 01 2010 Train no 3112 Rly Zone - ER IRCTC Zone - GGM Kolkata. TDR file Date 11 Jan Forwarded to Rly on Jan. Train was running late more than three hours.

Refund date 16 Jul Refund amount 0.00 Remarka - As per records party had travelled on the ticket.

But on the same day I stayed in a reputed Hotel at Patna on official tour and came back Kolkata on other day.

This is a serious remarks made by CCM Kolkata. Ihad faxed on 20 July with an appeal to Railway Dept. But no results till today. I want a CVC / CBI enquiry to resolve the problem - who is the actual culprit. Documentary proof at any time any cost can be forwarded in this regard.
