IRCTC
NOT REFUNDING MY TDR FILED AMOUNT

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have been filed a TDR in IRCTC for my not travelling in train from Visakhapatnam to Kharagpur on 18.11.2009. For that purpose I have been file TDR reference no.ekt200911210847476 on 21.11.2009 (TDR should file after 24 hrs of train depature) for an amoutn Rs.313/-

I have been given several mails to IRCTC (i.e., 1st mail on 28/04, 2nd mail on 02/09 and 3rd mail on 21/10) and they replied me stating that "we have been given all relavant documents to Railways, they are processing your payment and it will take some time". This is their version. Since one year I am waiting for the same amount. Till now they have not been cleared my amount.

Now I am requesting you to solve my above said problem at the earliest.
