LAST REMINDER REGARDING TDR

Sir,

This is in reference to the TDR file on 17th feb. The TDR Ref No.is ekt 2010021701062031 the refund sought for PNR NO- 6334866595 vide the refered TDR is still awaited. Even after the period of nine months the refund has not been made which is very deplorable and disappointing considering the modern on line facilities available. The delay shows the lethargic attitude of railways towards its customers

I once again request you to speed up the matter, failing which I will have no other option but to approach the relevant court of law i.e.consumer court. Hopefully the matter is resolved at the earliest.
