Return of non functioning of AC

Dear Sir,

After laps of eight months and given so many request/reminders to IRCTC regarding refund of the following ticket no.2406483402 on 22.05.2010 for non functioning of AC of all the coaches in train no.2029 of SWARNA SHTBDI Exp. Since I have receipt no response IRCTC now a days and getting not any refund of the ticket hence, I may request that kindly go thru the details and arrange necessary refunds of the tickets to my bank account thru online.
