No refund of cancelation of railway ticket

Dear Sir,

I have made a ticket for 3 person from Pune to Jammu under PNr No. 2115676349 on dated 24.1.2011 from which i have cancelled one person ticket and get refund on the same day and other two person ticket would be canceeled on 22/1 but I have not recieved the refunded amount of that ticket upto 30/1 . its kind request to you that you should please findout the problem and help me to get the refunded amount
