Efud not recived after the failed transation

I was booking the ticket from panvel to payyanur on 27 Jan in the train VRL TVC EXPRESS, NO 16333.But due to some technical problem the transation was not complete. I have lost money from my SBI account RS 385.The money was not yet refuned. The transation ID is 0301555922.
