Efund of non booked eticket

Dear sir,

i made an e ticket on the name DHAN SINGH in train no.12263 from Pune to H Nizamuddin on 28 Feb afternoon by internet but it showed processing for near about one hour but the ticket was not sent to me.besides it 1425 10 rupees were deduced from my sbi atm card whose no. is 6220182700034396 & my transiction id no 0314488821.so i want to cancel it fully & get the full balance refund in my sbi account 10608459154.MY MOBILE NO. is 8149443927
