I booked two 3ac ticket from delhi to varanasi..

transaction id .0293209146 pnr - 2215191387

only one of my ticket got confirmed and the other had a waiting status after chart preparation

so as per railway rule it should get refunded automatically..

but i did not get a refund ..

why should i go though a useless lengthy TDR process when it is a automatic process..

i have emailed irctc many time but i dont think they understand the issue...
