The IRCTC site is too slow

Sir/Madam

The IRCTC site for booking is too slow and very unreliable. Booking has become a big problem through this site. Most of the times the page fails to open and even if it does open when we are about to make a payment the page fails. I believe the server isnt maintained well. In short the service is Pathetic and Useless. Kindly look into this matter.
