Efund of amount debited from bank account

I have booked four tickets through IRCTC on 2.5. Dehradun to Delhi. The amount of Rs. 1950 was debited from my saving bank account, Sansadiya Soudh, State Bank of India. However, the transaction failed and I could not get the ticket. It is requested that the amount of Rs.1950/- which has been debited from my account may be credited to my saving account at the earliest
