[IRCTC #1692132].Ticket Not Booked but amount deducted

On 26 July While booking 4 tickets from Hyderabad to Agra Cant through IRCTC, I have made the payments of RS 1806 through HDFC and the payment deducted successfully from my HDFC account but I didnot get the Ticket under My booked History nor while redirecting back to IRCTC.

Kindly Issue the tickets as I have been transacted otherwise please return back my amount.

I have been trying to call on the Helpline number but all of them are showing busy
