Today (03/11) I have done an online transaction to book a "TATKAL ticket" on 12661 Podhigai Exp from TBM (Tambaram) to RJPM (Rajapalayam) boarding on 05/11 at 20:32 for KAMALAKKANNAN K . Unfortunately after the payment was made through CANARA BANK payment gateway, the error,

"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" after which my amount got DEBITED but the TICKET wasn't generated.

This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest. If not refund the same amount.

Expecting a reply as soon as possible.

PS: TRANSACTION ID : 0411593174. kindly revert to me as soon as possible. Amount of 344 Rs has been Debited from my account!!!
