Deducting money without alloting ticekt

Sir/Madam

i had made tickets online on 3.12.11 from my user id avi12309 by irctc

but my a/c was debited two times though i was alloted only one ticket...

so i request you to take possible step for refuding my money...

my transaction number which was send by irctc for deducting money were..133711835390 and133711399266
