Account debited twice

I was booking a ticket from hyderabad to mumbai to hyderabad on 5th dec.2011 but because of some technical problems bank was not accepting the password but still the amount was reduced from my account - 1312rs and after booking ticket on 6th dec. 2011 i found my amount was reduce twice so i request u to credit the same amount to my account.(pos 586658 billdesk sbipg amt-1312)
