Dear Sir/madam,
I have booked through IRCTC from Tata to Nagpur with below mentioned PNR no. and could not travel as the train was more than 3 hour late. I have filed TDR for the same. Please find below the reply received from IRCTC. I have sent several reminder to them but not geting any reply. Please guide
