Efund not received

I had made a booking in may for my trip to goa from irctc . but when we traveled the train was canceled and they put me on refund . they told me it will take 90 days for refund but untill now it has been 7 months they had not refunded my money and just giving me reply that my refund is in process ..My pnr no is No.4229365676. i have send several reminders.
