TDR E-Ticket Refund

Dear Sir,

I had made TDR baout more than 5months, neither

getting refond amount nor any updates from tdrrprocess. I have sent mail meany times,

but there is no satisfactory response.

I have booked e ticket and made TDR due to rail roke and train was diverted.

I have filled TDR against E-Ticket PNR No: 6300317492 and TDR

Reference number.

ekt2011092303314109 and I got have refunded amount of Rs 490-/(thats 25% of

ticket value) only.

As per railway rules refund amount should be

full value of ticket of Rs 1960/-.. Becuse train was diverted I have not travelled, and I have repeatedly given mails to

tdrprocess regarding this TDR

and failed to response from tdrprocess. Kindly verify my ticket get me my

balance amount.
