Efund from a failed transaction

I, jobin trying to book a e-ticket from IRCTC today afternoon but due to unknown reason i was unable to book my ticket. I am using SBI Debit card for the same.

the amount of the ticket got deducted from my account but in irctc it is showing Amount Not received from the Bank. In failed transaction option the status is Settlement Requested

The details of the above transactions are given below.

date of journey : 23/03

date of booking : 04/03 Total Fare : 345

Payment Not Received From Bank

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

Please refund my amount As soon As possible.
