Too slow

When IRCTC was started, people wecomed it. Now it is a botheration. It is too slow to have the patience. World is fast and faster, our irctc is slow and slower. Most iritating fact is that, while booking a ticket because of slow process, the fare is deducted but it shows "time expired". What all nonsense means to embarass the people?

Let I.R. make it quicker, or let it be stopped.

>> Another suggestion: To stop malpractices in internet booking, please start putting " date of birth" of the concerned passengers and that should tally with i- cards. Now only age is put and it can be forged.

Please make programmes accordingly.

But put irctc at fast truck.
