Ticket was booked through internet from kiul to dhanbad for second april. your information is that transaction request is sent to SBI but money not yet received whereas SBI on enquiry confirmed payment to a/c no. 30911413818 SBI, IRCTC COLLECT. Reference no. is 0475321054/G98380547. Please look into and either get my ticket booked or refund the money (Rs. 609). Thanking You for reply at the earliest.
