Shows account does not exist

When i tried to open my account of npdesai99 in irctc site it shows the account does not exist. i have written a complaint 15 days before also, still my account is not activated, when i tried to open new account it shows that my mobile has been registered, and new account could not be opened.

as my mobile was registered with my old account, you ask for a new mobile no for registering new account, why should i change my mobile no for new registration .mobile no is 9004634777.

pl do the needful as my account is existing from last 2 month.
