Error in transaction

Sir/mam,

I have booked tickets in IRCTC website to travel in mannai express (16179) dated 28-05, i booked tickets on 11-04, but the payment transaction has failed and they showed some error in the server, but Rs.641 has been deducted from my account and i didn't get any ticket from irctc, now what should i do to get my money back? i have the transaction id with me.
