Amount Debited But No Tickets Booked

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Deepak Tiwari an irctc customer. i tried to book a ticket on 1st May for my travel from Delhi to Akbarpur. The amount for the tickets was 792 11.23. Amount has been deducted but i have not received any ticket.

PFB my bank statement status with the reference no. of transaction.
