Website is miserable

IRCTC website is of no use. It is too slow - does not move at all. It takes hours to even try to book a tic and by that time the session gets expired.

Several times my payment is debited to my card a/c but the irctc transaction does not go through. So we have to start all over again and sit before the computer for several hours or several times during the day. At the end of it all, tickets are always wait listed. Even as Senior citizens 9 of ages 70), my wife and I land up getting upper berths all the time and have to be at the mercy of co-passengers to let us use the lower berths.

It is time IRCTC looks into this and upgrades the website facility.
