Ticket not booked money debited

Hello, i went to irctc site to book a ticket. The amount of Rs. 313 was debited from my SBI account.

train karnavati express

date of journey- 19 june

date of booking- 31 may

After the amount was debited i was supposed to be redirected to irctc site from where i can print the ticket. but it showed that the session expired. I checked booking history but thjere was no ticket issued. i called at customer care but call was not taken. what should i do now.
