MY Amount has not been refounded as yet

Sir,

I had booked e-ticket through irctc. My PNR No.- is 2802548699. But I re-scheduled my date of journey and cancelled my ticket. But till date cancelled amount has not been creadited in my account. Therefore I am sending my bank statement for kind perusal. I hope u will redressed my grivance as early as possible otherwise I will have to take legal action in this regard.
