TDR-REFUND

I have filed a TDR in October for my cancelled train journey from Hyderabad to Chennai. The PNR no is 1413086663. So far I have been contacting customer care and other related departments, still didn't get my refund back. It is embarrassing that if 3 months passes it is going to take a year (which is a long one). Even called Chenai refund department, they asked me to send a mail to ddpg@sr.railnet.gov.in. I have sent a mail to the above address but no reply. Hope it will address.
