Selling product more than MRP

We observed on railway platform and in train that product like cold drink are sold more than MRP rate. If MRP is Rs. 25 they sell for Rs 30.

If we ask why you not selling on MRP then telling it IRCTC rate...

Are IRCTC is applicable to apply their rates...

Kindly take a necessary action again these issue.
