Non refund money of cancellation of train

Dear sir,
I had booked ticket through irctc.co.in on dated: 11.01.2010 for journey koraput to Bhubaneswar on date 24.01.2010. Due to some reason the train was cancelled. But the amount paid by me is not yet recieved. I had gone through enquiry of railway station but they advised me to make cancellation your ticket through internet. When i cancelled ticket it shows as expire of date. So till now i have not refund my money (Rs 1296.00) for 5 tickets. The details ticket booking history is given below
