IRCTC.CO.IN - Indian railways website
IRCTC website does not work for normal users from 8 am to 10 am

Last two weeks i have been observing that indian railways website does not available between 8 am and 10 am for normal users.

If we want to book tatkal tickets we need to go through the agents only.

They increased the tatkal seats but railways did not increase the coaches

for example Bangalore to Bubhaneswar Prasanthi express has 48 tatkal seats in third ac, earlier only 12 seats. Is indian railways looking for only profit or public transport?

Agents will get access any time from thier systems how?
