Selling of expiry date food items

I was traveling from guna to khurai via bina by passenger train no 1744 guna-bina pass. on dated 03/08. When my train reached ashoknagar railway station, i purchaged a ratlami namkeen packed of Rs 10.00 but when i tested the namkeen there was some bed smell, when i checked it is found that there was no expiry date printed on pack, probably expiry date is removed by some chemicals. when i complaint to shopkeeper Mr. Jain his behavior was not satisfactory.

I booked my complaint to Station Master Ashoknagar regarding this matter

Please do needful action against that irctc shopkeeper because they are playing passengers health for some profit.
