I have booked a ticket from NagercoilJunction to Vishakhapatanam Junction on 18/01 thedate of journey is 16/04 (i.e.before 89 days). I got 1 confirm tkt and one WL1 tkt.
My Date of journey is 16/04 and my PNR is 4325356874
My problem is
1. I have 2 tickets 1 is conformed and another one is WL1.
2. Chart preparation is before 24 hours of the journey.
3 .If I will wait for the chart preparation I can not book even a tatkal ticket.
4. If I will wait for the chart preparation and my ticket is not conformed the e-ticket will cancelled automatically.
5. 1900 km journey, two ladies in summer season how we will go in one conform ticket and another indefinite ticket I do not know.
So I send mail to the customer support care@irctc.co.in but no reply.then I called to Delhi 24 Hrs. Customer Support at:011-39340000
one gentleman very roughly told me (on 7.10 PM Fri Day date 25/03) We can not tell any thing You cancell the e-ticket and book a tatkal ticket.
But why I will book a tatkal ticket by giving extra money if I am able to know about the exact status?
This is the 24 Hrs. Customer Support of IRCTC.
IRCTC should remove that man from 24 Hrs. Customer Support desk.
