TDR FILED BUT AMT NOT REVERSED

I had booked a Ticket, PNR No. 2418437089 for Train No. 12916 Ashram Express. The date of journey was 15.03.2011. I could not travel on that train as the route was diverted due to the Jat Agitation going on that time and the train did not stop at my destination station Jaipur (this can be verified from the Railway records) Though I have sent atleast 15 mails to TDR Process but only half of the money is refunded though as per rules the full amount should be refunded as it was not my fault that the train did not stop at Jaipur. Kindly arrange to refund back my entire amount i.e balance Rs 501)
