Complian Against 1 ticket booked but debited 3 times from my 2 differnt account

Respected sir,

I am JAGMOHAN SINGH . l have booked one ticket from my SBI ATM CUM DEBIT CARD last night on 15/7/10 at evening.

BUT my account has been DEBITED 3 times and i only got one confirm ticket.

However my computer was hanged between 6 to 9 pm as i entered the pin code of bank and ammount debited 3 times.

i just want 1 ticket which i got it and i want money return to me which excessively debited from my account and credited in your.
