About e-ticket faulty serve

On date 07/06/10 i tried to book e-ticket at my home.when i full fill all the information then giving detail of payment option SBI Debit card no. 6220180046300049999 submitted.then after some time the error shows on my screen FAULTY SERVER .card holder name is Mrudula K Makadia .when i check my ATM cum Debit Card Rs.5016 Debit from account. So kindly reply on this complaint as sson as possible. Please take some serious action against this kind of faulty operations i hope this type of problem never come again in future.
