IRCTC/ E-Ticket
TDR file not refunded

I had filed TDR on 6th July for PNR: 6243134942. But till now it is not refunded. In status it is showing it is forwarded to Railway, but according to railway rule it should be refunded within 3 month. I want justice about it.
